Restorative/Gentle Yoga

via zoom, all experience level friendly.

Class will incorporate yin style asana to work deep into the fascia of the body, helping to increase range of motion & unlock tension and energetic blocks. Then we will move into restorative postures using various props to fully support the body, allowing for deep states of relaxation and meditation.
