Slow Flow Yoga
via zoom, all experience level friendly.
In a slow flow yoga class we move with increased awareness, encouraging the gaze to be internal as we flow sweetly through honey. The middle portion of class, postures are held longer with more focus on alignment and finding where effort is needed and we’re we can soften further.
Full Moon Ceremony
via zoom, all experience level friendly. 20 Minute Yoga flow, followed by full moon rituals. Can include: breathing, visualization, introspection/journaling, forgiveness/releasing, gratitude practices.
Restore Your Yin Yoga
via zoom, all experience level friendly.
Class will incorporate yin style asana to work deep into the fascia of the body, helping to increase range of motion & unlock tension and energetic blocks. Then we will move into restorative postures using various props to fully support the body, allowing for deep states of relaxation and meditation.
Guided Meditation
