Yoga via zoom. 2+ years yoga experience recommended. Hatha vinyasa style class, working on some more advanced asana postures.

Hatha yoga is balancing the sun & moon energies within us, the masculine & feminine, the effort & ease. Vinyasa yoga is linking breath to movement & increasing our flow of prana (life force energy).
