Join us at Hammonasset Beach State Park for a relaxing evening. Enjoy watercolor painting while listening to the sound of crystal sound bowls. Let the atmosphere, the frequency and the experience be medicine for your soul. We’ll take in the beauty of the beach at sunset, looking for shells, building a mandala in the sand or going for a sunset swim.

Bring a friend, a loved one, littles are welcome! An all ages gathering, to be together in community, to learn from each other, to reconnect with ourselves, to play and find joy.
