🌻 A Morning to Celebrate the Season, Ourselves & Each Other

As we arrive at the seasonal threshold of Lammas, the midpoint between summer solstice and fall equinox, we pause to honor the first harvest — the fruit of our labor, the warmth of summer, and the joy of gathering together.

This family-centered festival blends gentle ritual, play, and nature-based connection to help us slow down, celebrate the season, and share time in community.

Come as you are. Move, create, and enjoy a simple morning of seasonal joy with other like-hearted families. This is a small, heart-led gathering-capped at 10 families-to keep the energy grounded and meaningful.

🌞 What’s Included

Opening Gratitude Circle – welcome the morning with a gentle intention-setting moment
🧘 Family Yoga Flow – playful movement for all ages to connect through breath and body
🌸 Parent Yoga + Kids’ Craft – an all levels yoga flow for parents while children enjoy a story and seasonal nature craft
🥁 Drum Circle – explore rhythm and sound together
🎨 Adornment Station – flowers & face paint
🏃 Field Games & Free Play – fun games and space to roam
🥐 Light Refreshments – seasonal snacks + beverage available

💗 Our Intention

This gathering was created to offer a space for families to:

  • Slow down and connect

  • Celebrate the season with simple joy

  • Remember that meaning, rhythm, and sacredness can be found in everyday life

  • Reconnect — to self, to one another, and to nature

You’ll leave with full hearts, happy children, and a renewed sense of togetherness.
