In these offerings we will dive deep into the healing of the body through various forms of yoga & therapeutic modalities. You’ll receive so many helpful techniques in these series’ that you’ll continue to use for the rest of your life! I am passionate about this offering because I have dealt with chronic back & neck pain for quite some time & yoga has been my saving grace. I am so excited to walk with you on this journey to helping you feel more freedom in your body and in your life!
